☕ How long is your processing time? 

Currently, processing time is 3-4 business days. This may change depending on how many orders I recieve at a time. Some products are made to order, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Please check the home page for any announcements about longer shipping or processing. 

Ready to ship items will be shipped before made to order items. 

☕ Cancellations/Order Revising

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I will not cancel any orders once they have been processed.

If you would like to make revisions, please email me at ASAP. If I have already packaged your order for shipping, revisions can not be made.

☕ Returns/Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me at ASAP.  Please include pictures in your email. If you don’t send pictures, then I can’t help you.

☕ Wrong Address (Update or Change Address)

If you realize after purchase that you have either ordered to the wrong address or need to update the address, please email me at ASAP. 

 Once a package has been shipped out, it is out of my control and I can no longer help you.

☕ Lost or stolen mail

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Cozy Beads will not provide replacements if your package gets lost and it’s through no fault of my own. Once a package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control and I am no longer responsible.

🌸Shipping Days 

Shipping days depend on the volume of orders. You will receive a shipping notification the day your order is shipped. Shipping days are weekdays only, typically Wednesday and Friday. I do not offer rush shipping, however, you can always upgrade shipping speeds at checkout. 

🌸Shipping costs 

Shipping costs you pay are determined by USPS, not me. Prices are expected to fluctuate throughout the year. Additionally, a chunk of your shipping label price is already paid through the monthly fees paid to run this site. 

🌸 Returned Mail 

If your order is returned back to me, please note that there will be a repayment of shipping fees. Always be sure to double check your address is correct before and after making a purchase. I am required to reconfirm with the customer before shipping out the order again, in case it gets rejected a second time. Please checkout with an email you check regularly!
